Your New Job As a nursing assistant, you will provide personal care and support, as well as social stimulation to our residents, based on national ethical guidelines. You will assist, for example, during mealtimes, with personal hygiene, and with daily tasks such as cleaning and laundry. Your responsibilities will also include medication management, acting as a representative, and social documentation in our operational systems. A central part of your work will involve being a contact person for certain residents, where you will have ultimate responsibility for their care plans and well-being, as well as maintaining contact with their relatives. Your Competence We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with extensive experience in care and support work. Strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required, as communication, documentation, and reading are central elements of the role. Since we use digital tools for documentation, you should be comfortable with managing these, and experience working with Combine is an advantage. As a person, you are confident in taking personal responsibility and can both independently and collaboratively plan and execute your work. You remain calm in stressful situations, are adaptable, and see opportunities in changes. We have a pleasant garden, and around the residence, there are beautiful walking paths with lovely nature. Our team consists of 55 dedicated employees. Good to Know The recruitment is for 1 permanent full-time position, starting as agreed. Work hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends, and you will be working every other weekend. Jönköping operates on full-time as the norm and always offers 100% employment. You must be able to work non-standard hours, including every other weekend, and be flexible in schedule planning as it adapts to the needs of the operations.
