In your role as a nursing assistant, you will undertake all tasks that arise within the operations and will collaborate closely with other professional groups, such as rehabilitation personnel and nurses. The work includes performing health care tasks on delegation. QUALIFICATIONS Completion of a nursing and care program or equivalent education that the employer considers comparable. A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to use the title of nursing assistant. You must be at least 18 years old. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is important that you have a positive view of people, a strong commitment and interest in care and support, a sense of responsibility, and focus on the individual needs of users.
