Nurse Assistant for Trandared Home Care Services We are now seeking a trained nurse assistant who wants to work with us at Trandared Home Care Services. The Care and Elderly Administration in Borås City works towards the goal of ensuring a good daily life for both younger and older residents who need care, support, service, healthcare, and preventive health work. The administration consists of approximately 2,500 employees, of which around 700 work within municipal home care services. About Us Our Trandared Home Care team is a fantastic group comprised of nurse assistants, care workers, managers, coordinators, and home care coordinators. Job Responsibilities Working in home care is about doing something truly meaningful - a job that is significant and enjoyable, where you make a difference every day! Therefore, we seek someone with a genuine interest in working with people. As a nurse assistant at Trandared Home Care, you will work closely with individuals needing care and support in their own homes. Tasks include personal care, meal support, social interaction, and walks. You will also perform healthcare tasks on delegation and document in our journal systems. Qualifications You are a trained nurse assistant interested in working with people. To succeed in this role, you must be responsible and committed, with the ability to understand others' situations. Through attentiveness to individual needs and excellent interpersonal skills, you will create good and secure care. Key Requirements: - Trained nurse assistant - Ability to speak and write Swedish - Cycling capability - Basic digital competence - Valid driver's license (B-license) - Fluency in Finnish is a merit We prioritize personal suitability. As of July 1st, 2023, "Nurse Assistant" is a protected professional title requiring certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
