Susannahemmet is a modern care facility that opened in 2022. We offer round-the-clock care for individuals with dementia or somatic illnesses. The facility has 90 apartments distributed across ten units and is characterized by a safe, homely, and person-centered care environment. The building houses both a preschool and a bakery, and just outside awaits the greenery of Långsjön – an environment that encourages movement, community, and quality of life.

**About the Role**
As a nursing assistant with us, you will work closely with residents, relatives, leaders, and colleagues. Together, you will plan the workday based on the individual needs and wishes of the residents. Creating a sense of home, security, and a meaningful everyday life is central to the work – as is person-centered care, meal services, activities, and contact person responsibilities.
The position is 80%.

**Your Experience**
We are looking for someone who has:
• a professional certificate as a nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• good computer skills.
