About the Position
We are seeking employees who will be responsible for personal care of residents, which includes assistance with hygiene, dressing, and mobility. The role also includes delegated tasks from a nurse, such as medication administration, wound care, and sample collection. You will work with residents suffering from dementia and provide support and care to both residents and their relatives. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure quality and safe care for residents. We work in teams around the residents. The schedule includes day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend, and we implement a fixed schedule. The positions are permanent, at 50% employment.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
• Personal care of residents, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Delegated tasks from a nurse regarding medication administration, wound care, and sample collection
• Participation in the planning and execution of activities for residents
• Providing support and care to residents and relatives
• Collaborating with other healthcare staff to ensure quality care for residents

About You
For this position, you need to:
• Be a certified nursing assistant with proof of a protected professional title
• Have good computer skills as documentation is done digitally
• Have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have experience with mental health issues and geriatric diseases

About Us
Eneberg is an elderly care facility with 72 apartments located on Lundmansgatan in central Norrtälje. 25 of the apartments belong to our two dementia units, Översten and Enebo. We have about 35 people working here daily. The facility is staffed around the clock, and we also have nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists on site. We are a group dedicated to creating a living environment that we would choose for ourselves.
