Ehrenborg is a residential care home with a total of 33 apartments spread across 3 floors. Here, both individuals with a dementia diagnosis and those with somatic illnesses reside. The facility is centrally located in Hässleholm, just a 5-minute walk from the central station. The residence is Stjärnmärkt, which means we work person-centered to provide good care and service. What we offer you! As a nursing assistant in a special accommodation, you will work together with your colleagues to provide care tailored to the individual. We support our care recipients with personal care, everyday rehabilitation, and social activation to ensure a meaningful daily life. You will follow basic hygiene routines, wear work clothes, and maintain a respectful and professional demeanor towards care recipients, colleagues, relatives, and others we encounter in our work. Here are the tasks you will be involved in: - Assist with personal care, such as showering, hygiene, dressing, and toilet visits, as well as support during meals. - Work according to a person-centered care model where you adapt support to the individual's unique needs and wishes. - Administer medications, which requires you to receive delegation from licensed staff. - Assist with everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and small purchases in the local area. - Participate in social activities, providing support and guidance. - Document and stay updated in digital systems. - Write clear journal entries and document according to guidelines, as well as establish and follow implementation plans to ensure quality and safe care. - Collaborate with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, as well as coordinate with relatives. - Follow workplace routines and guidelines. - Be a contact person or regular care contact and plan how services are to be provided together with the individual. You who are applying are a trained nursing assistant. You have good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish, both written and spoken. We welcome experience from care work, but this is not a requirement.
