The Role of Nursing Assistant with Us

As a home care employee, you will work according to a schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Our work field allows us to cycle, walk, and drive to our clients, which creates conditions for a varied environment. To perform your work, you will have access to a company car and/or bicycle, work phone, and work clothing.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is a trained or studying nursing assistant
- Communicates well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as required in daily work
- Holds a Class B driver's license
Offer and Additional Information
We offer a permanent position with start date by agreement.
The position is full-time or as agreed. All employees in the Department of Care & Nursing are employed at 100% occupancy, but employees have the option to reduce to a desired work percentage based on operational needs. The schedule includes day, evening, and every other weekend shifts.
Before a job offer, a satisfactory extract from the police criminal record register must be presented. Background checks may be conducted before employment.
As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title. Upon employment as a nursing assistant, you will need to present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title.
