JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nursing assistant with us, you will work with typical tasks based on each person's individual needs and values. You provide support and care in their daily life, with the work of strengthening the individual's self-esteem being central to creating a meaningful, secure, and active day for the person.
You will have delegation, work with documentation, and establish implementation plans.
You actively work with various quality registers such as Senior Alert and BPSD register together with your colleagues.
Through active and courageous employee participation with competent and engaged colleagues and a trusting and committed leadership, you help drive change.
You make a difference for people every day.
QUALIFICATIONS
• We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant with completed nursing education, where specialist training in dementia and/or elderly care is meritorious, as well as experience working with people with dementia or other types of cognitive impairment.
• You should have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Driving license B is desirable
• Great importance is placed on personal suitability
• To be considered for the position, you must provide proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. If you are permanently employed as a nursing assistant, we need a certificate of employment showing title, employment type, and employment period, confirming that you are covered by transitional rules for permanent employees as of July 1, 2023.
OTHER INFORMATION
The position involves day/evening work with currently alternating weekend shifts.
The position may involve work in both home care and residential care.
