At the Dalbyhemmet care department, there are two specializations: dementia and social psychiatry. We are currently recruiting two individuals for our social psychiatry department. The social psychiatry department consists of a well-functioning work group, characterized by a high level of independence, trust, and competence. As an employee, you will work closely with colleagues, licensed staff, and management, including daily check-ins, regular individual discussions with your supervisor, and close collaboration with nurses. All of this aims to ensure that all employees feel that they can provide the best care possible for our residents. We have also incorporated animals into our care, and you need to be comfortable with this. We believe that animals help calm and are therapeutic for our residents, which is why they are housed in close proximity to our departments and are part of our daily work. We cultivate and plan to expand this practice. Dalbyhemmet is beautifully located by Dalbyviken, 15 kilometers south of Uppsala. However, public transport is limited, so it is important to assess your ability to get to us. Feel free to watch this report about our operations!
