We do this by safeguarding and respecting everyone’s right to privacy and bodily integrity, self-determination, participation, and customization, ensuring that the individual can live a dignified life and experience well-being. As a nursing assistant at Antuna, you work closely with the elderly, supporting them in their daily lives through personal care and assistance. Your responsibilities include, in addition to direct care and assistance, case management and the development of implementation plans to ensure elderly care according to the individual’s needs. Medication delegation may be part of the role. We are now looking for someone interested in working as a nursing assistant in a permanent position with an approximate workload of 90%. Starting in January or as agreed. The position you are recruited for may involve work in different departments but will primarily be based in one department. Given that we have a basic schedule (day, evening, and weekend) that covers several departments, flexibility, strong collaboration skills, and curiosity to learn are important qualities. QUALIFICATIONS We seek candidates who are trained nursing assistants or have other training deemed equivalent. Additional training in dementia care, psychiatry, or palliative care can be advantageous. You should have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. To succeed in this role, certain personal qualities are essential. In interactions with users, integrity and empathy are paramount. Collaboratively, the ability to work well with others and flexibility are required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Previous experience is meritorious but not necessary.
