Slomarp Care Home will become one of the municipality's care facilities located in Mjölby starting December 1st. Here, we will focus on creating a meaningful existence for residents through quality care and support in close collaboration with various professionals. The facility will have three unit managers working on-site. We are now seeking nursing assistants who will be part of the daily care at Slomarp Care Home as part of Mjölby Municipality. The facility consists of five departments and has 92 apartments, including 6 short-term care spaces.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nursing assistant at Slomarp Care Home, you will focus on individual residents' needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a salutogenic perspective.
The nursing assistant role primarily involves actively and engagedly working with nursing care, rehabilitation training, and daily rehabilitation to ensure Slomarp residents experience a secure, pleasant, and meaningful existence. Tasks include delegated healthcare duties and documentation, and you will be an active participant in our development work. The role also substantially involves social interaction with residents, supporting various daily activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
We seek candidates with a completed nursing assistant education. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with structured written documentation, incident reporting, implementation plans, quality management, procedures, and quality registers is advantageous. Experience with the Lifecare documentation system is also beneficial.
Personally, we seek someone with the ability to work with people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are humble and contribute to a positive work environment. You can write clearly and well-structured, follow instructions, procedures, legal requirements, and policies, and adhere to established timelines.
