JOB DUTIES
• Daily care work.
• Provide individual and secure care: Give personal and tailored care to the elderly, focusing on creating a safe and secure environment.
• Work in a close relationship with the elderly and their relatives: Build a close and personal relationship with the elderly and their relatives to provide the best possible care.
• See the elderly from a holistic perspective: View the elderly as a whole person, with physical, mental, and social needs, and provide care that considers all these aspects.
• Document patient/client journals and other relevant documents accurately and clearly.
• Perform medical care work: Carry out certain medical tasks, such as administering medication or conducting examinations, under delegation from a nurse.
• Collaborate with others, such as nurses and other nursing assistants, to provide the best possible care.
• Take responsibility for contributing to driving high-quality elderly care by providing good care and participating in improvement work.

• Is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with a specialization in dementia, palliative care, or elderly care.
