Job Responsibilities As a care assistant, your work consists of helping individuals manage their daily lives based on assessed assistance decisions. This means that you, as an employee, should preserve and develop the individual's own resources. You will be performing certain health and medical care tasks as delegated by the municipal primary care services. You will be offered a stimulating, developing, and varied job that provides meaning for you as an employee and for our users who need our resources. Qualifications You are expected to have completed a nursing program, care assistant education, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You should convey calmness and security and be able to meet people in various situations professionally. You need to be flexible, able to prioritize, and make independent decisions. You should have the ability to be attentive to our users' needs and provide a good interaction. You should be capable of working both individually and in a team. Experience in care work and familiarity with the systems Combine and TES are advantageous. Conditions Scheduled working hours include day/evening/weekend shifts. A B driving license is required. You must be at least 18 years old and possess good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
