Home Care Klintehamn
Home Care in Klintehamn consists of two reliable teams with experienced and committed employees.
We complement each other with different skills and approaches – always with the user's best interests at heart. No two days are the same here, and we tackle everyday challenges together with a big heart.
Our work takes place in a scenic environment, stretching from the beautiful views of Eksta Coast to Fröjel, Tofta, and Klintehamn.
We work flexibly and in close collaboration with other home care groups in central and southern Gotland. Together, we create a safe and caring support for those we serve.

Your Responsibilities
In home care, we provide care in our users' homes. Our goal is to deliver high-quality care with the individual in focus. In our operations, the client's needs, interests, and habits determine how home care is designed. We plan care together with the user and develop an individual implementation plan for how assistance will be provided.
Your primary tasks involve performing care work in the user's home based on assistance decisions.
Work includes personal care, medical interventions performed on delegation from licensed personnel, cooking, accompaniment, shopping, and laundry. Palliative care and supervision are also part of the role.
We use digital planning tools, and you will receive a personal mobile device for documenting in the Treserva journal system. Therefore, we expect you to have good digital system skills.
You will work on a base schedule with day, evening, and every other weekend shifts.
Who Are You?
We primarily seek a certified nursing assistant. To be employed as a nursing assistant, you must be authorized to use the protected professional title according to current regulations.
If applying as a residential care assistant, you should have completed upper secondary education. Additional qualifications in healthcare and social care, such as care provider training, are advantageous.
Previous experience in caregiving and/or elderly care is meritorious. Experience with cognitive/medical disabilities, BPSD (Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia), and palliative care is also valued. A B driver's license is required.
To enjoy this assignment, you need to be flexible and quickly adapt when circumstances change, making necessary priorities while maintaining high quality and service. The work requires the ability to work independently and collaborate closely with colleagues and other individuals involved with the user.
You are confident in your professional role, have good judgment, and understand how people acquire knowledge under different conditions. You can adapt your communication style to the recipient.
Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is crucial as all communication and documentation occurs in Swedish.
We will place significant emphasis on personal suitability based on the competencies described above.

As part of Region Gotland, we work in social administration providing social interventions such as counseling, support, and treatment.
