About the position
We offer permanent part-time positions, approximately 80-90%. Our clients live in Rimbo and surrounding areas, where we primarily reach our users by car, bicycle, or on foot.
As a nursing assistant or care assistant in home care, you work closely with individuals in need of care and support in their own homes. Your work is both varied and meaningful. You work both independently and together with colleagues to provide the best possible care. We are looking for someone who is engaged and willing to actively contribute to the development and improvement of the service.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Providing personal care and support during meals
- Participating in social interactions with clients and accompanying them on walks
- Performing delegated tasks from nurses or rehabilitation staff
- Establishing implementation plans based on the client's individual needs
- Participating in development areas such as dementia care, technology, and documentation
- Acting as a primary care contact for clients and contributing to their sense of security (applicable for nursing assistants)

About you
For this position, you need:
- Experience in similar work with varied tasks
- Basic digital competence
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ability to cycle
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Experience and interest in areas such as dementia, technology, and documentation
- A certified nursing assistant qualification with a protected professional title

As of July 1, 2023, the title of nursing assistant is a protected professional title. This means that a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to hold the title of nursing assistant. You can apply for the certificate on the National Board of Health and Welfare's website. If you have completed care and nursing education according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations but have not yet received the professional certificate, you can instead be employed under the title of care assistant. No nursing assistant education is required to be hired as a care assistant.
