We are seeking nursing assistants/care workers for summer employment at care and nursing homes, home care services, and LSS (Disability Support) activities. WORK TASKS The role of a nursing assistant/care worker involves providing good quality of life to our clients through a person-centered approach. The work primarily consists of care and support tasks, and the ability to provide social support and guidance. Service tasks such as cleaning and laundry will be performed. You should be able to work both independently and in collaboration with other team members. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation purposes. We use Pulsen Combine as our management system. Working hours are flexible based on the organization's needs and your preferences. Our operations run 24 hours a day. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing assistant education or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer. We are looking for a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic abilities. Good Swedish language skills are required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the job. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate. A Class B driver's license is required for home care and night shift positions.
