Your responsibilities
The role involves providing personal care tailored to each individual's unique needs and wishes. You will work closely with colleagues, residents, and their relatives to create a safe and respectful environment. Part of your assignment includes documenting and reporting in our digital systems, ensuring that care maintains a high quality and adheres to established guidelines. In your daily work, you will use various types of technology and aids to support safe and effective care.
What we are looking for in you
You are a trained Nursing Assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You are confident in your professional role and have previous experience working in care and support, particularly in dementia care.
Communication and documentation are important aspects of the job; therefore, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We apply a language test in the recruitment process.
Working hours are scheduled for day/evening shifts and every other weekend, and it is important that you can work at all times.
