There Are Also Three Cozy Outdoor Spaces to Use. A Care and Nursing Home is a Residence for Individuals Requiring 24/7 Care. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Nursing Assistant with Us, Your Primary Duties Include Providing Person-Centered Care and Support to Residents in Their Daily Life According to Care Decisions. In This Role, You Will Have Delegated Tasks, Work on Documentation, and Develop Implementation Plans. Cleaning Common Areas to Maintain a Pleasant Environment is Also Part of Your Responsibilities. We Work with a Person-Centered Approach Focusing on the Resident, Utilizing Their Abilities and Resources. Service Delivery is Planned Together with the Resident, Always Considering Their Wishes. We Are Committed to Being Attentive and Respecting Personal Integrity. QUALIFICATIONS We Are Seeking Candidates Who: • Are Trained Nursing Assistants • Hold a B Driver's License or Live in the Local Area (Public Transport Doesn't Always Match Our Work Hours) • Have Experience with Documentation and Are Open to Delegated Tasks Additional Experience in Elderly Care is Advantageous, with Extra Points for Mandarin Communication Skills.
