We place great focus on the individual care recipient, and therefore you must have significant engagement and respect for dignity and integrity. At Sörgården, we work with a focus on the care recipient through a dedicated care contact and close collaboration between different professionals. The position includes care work, delegated healthcare assignments, documentation, and special responsibility for one or more areas that we will collectively determine based on your interests and prior knowledge. We continuously work to improve our operations through dialogue during both planned meetings and spontaneous conversations. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Nursing assistant education or equivalent care and healthcare education. Experience: Experience working in elderly care or similar healthcare services. Language: Excellent Swedish skills, both spoken and written. Personal Qualities: Empathetic and respectful when interacting with elderly individuals. Responsible and thorough. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Advantageous: Experience working in specialized care facilities. Knowledge of dementia care and palliative care. Experience with documentation in digital journal systems.
