WORK TASKS We offer home care in several parts of the municipality and have special housing in Järpen, Kall, Mörsil, Hallen, and Duved. Home care services are provided in Hallen, Järpen, and Duved. Regardless of the unit, you will encounter a workplace where proximity, care, and professionalism are central. We are now seeking 10 nursing assistants for several of our home care areas. Recruitment is ongoing, and you have the opportunity to request placement location and employment scope. Work is scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. As a nursing assistant, you work together with licensed personnel and the team to provide good and individualized care. You maintain a holistic perspective and contribute to creating security, participation, and meaningfulness in daily life. We work based on both the Health and Medical Services Act and the Social Services Act, which means we meet people with diverse needs involving both medical and social interventions. You are responsible for delegated tasks, documentation according to current routines, and are expected to make independent decisions in your professional role. Flexibility is a crucial part of the assignment, as tasks may vary depending on operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS • We seek candidates with proof of the right to use the professional title of nursing assistant according to the National Board of Health and Welfare, or those awaiting their professional title. • Previous experience of working as a nursing assistant in elderly care is meritorious. • You must be confident in your professional role and able to work independently, have a holistic perspective, and feel comfortable making assessments. • You feel comfortable working with delegated tasks and documenting relevant information clearly and precisely, in accordance with workplace routines and health and social service laws. • A valid B driver's license is required for home care work; for special housing, it is meritorious but not mandatory. As a person, you understand what is needed to provide individualized care and support.
