Lyssfallet is a special accommodation facility located in Enviken, just outside Falun. Here, a wonderful team is currently looking for more colleagues! Our workgroup consists of care assistants, nursing assistants, group leaders, and a unit manager. Together with the healthcare professionals, we form a strong team where we support and learn from each other, all to provide the best possible care for our clients. In Falun, elderly care employs a mobile working method. We operate under the principle of "Technology where possible and personal where needed." This means we aim to use technology to maintain or increase our clients' security, activity, participation, and independence.
We are currently looking for 3 new employees.
Within Falu Municipality, we have a reduced weekly working time for nursing assistants/care assistants, which means you will work 36 hours per week at full time.

**Job Responsibilities**
Working in a special accommodation facility gives you a concrete opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. The tasks include providing good care and service to our clients. Their needs guide our work, which may involve assisting with personal care, support during meal situations, service efforts, and social activities. The job entails motivating, supporting, and, when necessary, helping the client in all everyday situations.
Our mission is to work according to the client's care plan. The care plan describes the services and how the client wishes to receive them; it serves as a tool in our work. The job also includes some administrative tasks, which means you should be able to document according to specified guidelines and take responsibility for following up on information passed on by other colleagues, the unit manager, or professionals such as nurses, occupational therapists, or physiotherapists. The work can be both physically and mentally demanding.
**Qualifications**
For the role, the following is required:
• A three-year nursing program from upper secondary school or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• Experience using a computer and mobile devices
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Since Swedish is the common working language at the workplace, you need to master the language, both orally and in writing, at the level required for the tasks. Many of your duties involve receiving instructions and conveying information accurately and clearly. You will collaborate and communicate with people from various linguistic backgrounds, and you are expected to contribute your experiences and skills positively and constructively.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest and commitment to working with people! You need to be stress-resistant, flexible, and have good teamwork skills.

**Employment Conditions**
The positions are permanent full-time employment. Falu Municipality applies a full-time agreement, which means that full-time is a right and part-time is an option; you can choose how much you want to work. You must be able to work according to a fixed schedule that includes day/evening and weekend shifts. Start date is negotiable.
