JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Öjaby Home Care is responsible for home care services in Öjaby and Gemla. With us, you will work both in the city and in the countryside. We travel by car between our care recipients, and therefore we are seeking someone with a driver's license. Our work takes place in people's homes, where we provide daily support ranging from personal care and service tasks to health and medical duties.
Part of our mission is to create quality of life, which sometimes means something as simple and valuable as a walk in the sunshine together with a care recipient. We hope you want to become part of our team!
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for the position, you need to:
• Have an approved nursing assistant education
• Possess a driver's license
• Be fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• IT and computer skills are meritorious but not required
• Experience in home care is meritorious, but we also welcome those new to the profession
We are looking for someone who:
• Is confident in their professional role and enjoys working independently
• Has a flexible approach and is initiative-driven
• Takes responsibility, has good collaborative skills, and is open to new challenges
