We are seeking individuals who want to work in home care and be part of our team. We are recruiting new employees as several of our staff will temporarily advance within their roles and study elsewhere.
WORK TASKS
As a nursing assistant with us, you will perform care and service according to the Social Services Act. This means that in your work, you will carry out various interventions at the homes of care recipients based on decisions/implementation plans. You will also perform delegated healthcare tasks within the municipal responsibility in ordinary housing.
The work is varied, and you will drive a car on the job.
Work involves day or evening shifts on weekdays or weekends.
You will be based at Ängahällan in Förslöv.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a trained nursing assistant, and we prefer candidates with previous experience in the job tasks/professional area.
In home care, you will meet various care recipients, which means you should be able to approach people in different situations professionally. Working with people can involve unexpected events during a day, so you need to be responsible and enjoy working in a changing environment. You should also easily collaborate with colleagues and want to contribute to a good work environment.
A requirement is having a driver's license. You must master the Swedish language in speech and writing, and computer skills are needed as all documentation is managed with IT support. We use work phones for documentation and planning.
