Within the social care administration, about 1,200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home care, disability services, social psychiatry, and individual and family care.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for nursing assistants who want to work in flexible positions in special housing in Ystad Municipality!
You will work as a Resource/Flexible staff member, which means you will have resource shifts within special housing and move between different units based on the needs of the operations, and therefore will not have as many ancillary tasks since you are not a permanent care contact.
Your focus is to put the needs and well-being of the users at the center. You provide care, service, and social support based on individual needs and wishes. You work closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible care and support. Your work includes documentation, establishing and following up on implementation plans, as well as participating in development work carried out in the unit.
Even if you only have resource shifts in your schedule, you belong to a workgroup where you have a sense of belonging and attend joint staff meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is confident in themselves and in their professional role, is flexible, and has the ability to adapt to different situations. You are responsible and enjoy working in an environment where your workdays can look very different. You have excellent collaboration skills and create good relationships and security with users, relatives, and colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
We require that you:
• Are a trained nursing assistant and have your protected professional title
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Have good computer skills
• Have experience in the profession
It is an advantage if you hold a B driver's license and have access to a car. It is also beneficial if you have had delegation before.
