We look forward to having you join us on our journey in a role where you can make a difference for others. Welcome to us, and we look forward to your application!
**Description**
We are now strengthening our team and are looking for individuals who want to work in home care.
Since our clients require assistance around the clock, we apply irregular working hours scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends. If you want to be part of a creative and dedicated team that makes a difference for people in need of care, we welcome your application. Selection and interviews will take place continuously, and the position may be filled before the application period ends.
**Responsibilities**
Work in home care is varied and offers many exciting encounters with interesting individuals. As a care assistant, you will provide care and support based on the needs of the client. It is important to us that the client maintains their autonomy, influence, and dignity. You will have a care plan developed in collaboration with the client to guide your work. Medical interventions are performed under the delegation of licensed personnel. By providing a responsive and professional approach, you contribute to a sense of security. Depending on the client's needs, you may work alone or alongside colleagues. In addition to collaborating with colleagues, you will also work with relatives and resource persons such as nurses and physiotherapists.
**Qualifications**
You are a trained care assistant or have other education or experience that the employer considers suitable. Personal suitability is of great importance, and a driver's license is a requirement. Since documentation is part of your duties, it is essential that you have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Given the varied nature of the work, it is important that you can adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm in pressured situations. With many interactions, it is crucial that you can work well with others and have a desire to help. You have a commitment to the target group and a positive attitude that fosters a good working environment. The job requires some planning, so we prefer candidates who can organize and prioritize their tasks effectively.
**Conditions**
In your application, please include a CV and a personal letter. When applying, you must be able to provide documentation of a protected professional title for us to employ you as a Care Assistant. The employer will request a criminal record extract upon potential employment. The employer applies digital identification for service provision, which requires you to have access to a digital identification.
