About Villa Brage
We are currently building Villa Brage – a state-of-the-art nursing home located in pleasant surroundings in Djursholm. Villa Brage will be a permanent residence with a total of 60 places spread over three floors, two of which are intended for individuals with dementia and one floor for those with somatic issues. The opening is scheduled for January 2026.
You will have a group leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a group leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.
As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!
Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their way of life and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you will learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.
“It’s primarily about meeting people, being able to adapt and understand what they need. You will have colleagues and learn a lot about teamwork! There are often many fun activities and outings. It’s a job filled with laughter.” – Jirapinya Muangsiri
You are closest to the residents and thus play a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You will also participate in care planning and write social documentation.
With the heart in the right place
With us, you will work in a strong culture driven by our vision: We make the world a little better, one person at a time. It is extremely important that you share our vision and our four values:
Respect: Everyone has the right to a dignified life with physical, mental, and social well-being.
Responsibility: We have employees who dare and want to, and managers who listen and lead.
Simplicity: It is easy to influence and to be an employee or customer with us.
Knowledge: We reflect, learn from each other, and utilize everyone's competence.
Together, we continuously work to ensure that our values permeate our interactions, both with each other and with all who live with us.
“There are good and clear values and goals here that have guided me all the way to perform my work in the best way.” – Raquel Castaneda
Your experience and knowledge
We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elder care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
We believe that you:
- Are attracted to a varied job and enjoy meeting people in different situations.
- Are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility.
- Enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.
