JOB DESCRIPTION
As a nursing assistant in Rosenfred's home care service, you make a difference in people's daily lives. Together with your colleagues, you provide support, service, and care to individuals living at home who need assistance with personal hygiene, meals, mobility, and medical tasks as delegated.
You are attentive to both people and details, noticing when someone is not feeling well and knowing how to respond to different needs. At the same time, you document changes and interventions accurately in our journal systems.
The work involves day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend. As an employee of Varberg Municipality, you can also work resource shifts in other units, providing variety and the opportunity to meet new colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has a B driver's license. We also value good language skills and the ability to work independently in varying situations. The following qualifications are required for the position:
• Trained nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• B driver's license
To ensure a good foundation in the role, the following are considered advantageous:
• Good collaboration skills
• Enjoy working independently
• Previous experience in care and support
• Flexibility and ability to handle new situations
