We are currently looking for nursing assistants to join our fantastic team in Bohus/Surte.
**Job Responsibilities**
In home care, you will perform care and service tasks according to the Social Services Act. You will support and motivate individuals in their daily lives through a responsive, flexible, and professional approach, focusing on the individual's right to self-determination. Your work will also include documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act.
We work with fixed care contacts, meaning you and your colleagues will be key persons in the network surrounding the care recipient. We offer you a meaningful, educational, and varied job. Working in care and support means making a difference in the daily lives of those who need your support and assistance.
Your work will also include carrying out prescribed and delegated tasks from home healthcare, as well as documenting these in accordance with the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). Ale home care uses digital signing of HSL services, digital locks, and mobile documentation. Ale home care provides services between 6:30 AM and 10:00 PM. The schedule is flexible, with evening shifts and work every other weekend.
**Qualifications**
You are a trained nursing assistant and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. A B driver's license and the ability to cycle are required. You have experience working in healthcare, and experience in home care is an advantage.
In your role, you will be part of a team where your ability to collaborate is as important as working independently. We are looking for someone with a good approach and demeanor. You have the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations.
**Other Information**
We apply a language test as part of the assessment during recruitment.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability in the recruitment process.
