Job Responsibilities • Answer calls in accordance with our policies, quickly assess the needs of users and provide advice or contact further help, depending on circumstances. • Handle all calls received via the system according to applicable procedures. • Shift work and every other weekend service. Who Are You? You have a genuine commitment to other people. As a person, you are caring, reliable, and comfortable with routines. You possess self-leadership and are not afraid to take responsibility. We are looking for someone driven to make a difference for others and who is service-oriented. While being stress-resistant and accustomed to working at a high pace, you always maintain good communication. You enjoy work structure and can focus on the same task for an extended period. Furthermore, you are comfortable communicating by phone, are experienced using a computer at work, and can remain calm in acute situations.
