Your Role
Regardless of your employment type, you will be an important part of our team working to create a sense of home, security, and community in everyday life.
Person-centered care: You will focus on each individual's needs, wishes, and life stories.
Quality of life in focus: You will participate in activities such as reading aloud, music, nature experiences, and community engagement.
Teamwork: You will be part of a dedicated care team working with individuals with cognitive illnesses. Assistant nurses, nurses, and rehabilitation staff will guide you in your work.
Co-creating care: You will shape the care together with colleagues, residents, and relatives to create the best possible whole.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who can use their experience to make a difference for people with cognitive illnesses. You need to be a responsive and responsible person who always sees the individual behind the illness and interacts with warmth and respect.
Qualifications:
Experience working in care and support
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Good computer skills - to manage documentation, emails, and information searches
- For permanent positions: Care and support education equivalent to assistant nurse
Meritorious:
- Experience working with individuals with cognitive illnesses.
Pilhamn's Farms
Pilhamn's farms is one of four residences operated by Bräcke Diakoni in Stockholm. Here, we offer apartments for the elderly with cognitive illnesses, beautifully located in a culturally historic environment on Ingarö in Värmdö.
