About this role
We are now welcoming nursing assistants to our cozy elderly care facility, Väpnaren.
In the role of nursing assistant at Forenede Care, you will work to provide excellent care, service, and support to our residents. Here, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. Together with knowledgeable and committed colleagues, you help shape the future of elderly care. Väpnaren is a special care facility with 36 places. It is centrally located in Klippan, close to bus and train stations, situated in a beautiful surrounding.

As a nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You will help with personal hygiene, meal preparation and service, respond to alarms, and provide social companionship. Social interaction is a crucial part of our work to ensure all residents can live life to the fullest. This can involve conversations, playing games, going on outings, taking bike rides, or enjoying fun activities together. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as medication administration and training.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a part-time colleague for a temporary position at 50% employment, starting 2026-01-05.
To be considered for the position, you need:
• A certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing
We also consider previous experience in elderly care and dementia care as meritorious.
To thrive in this role, you should be engaged, care about people, be good at building relationships, and be service-oriented. We work in teams and independently, so it's important to be comfortable in this environment.
Before offering employment, you must provide an unopened police record extract. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
