The Role
As a nursing assistant with us, you will work in a varied role that includes both patient-facing and administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who not only wants to perform their job but also wishes to develop professionally, take on more responsibility over time, and help shape the future of the clinic. Your tasks will include, among others:
• Welcoming and preparing patients.
• Performing examinations related to ophthalmic care.
• Participating in the clinic's improvement and development work.

About You
• You are a trained nursing assistant and have certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• You have a genuine interest in care and want to develop professionally.
• You are meticulous, responsible, and have an eye for detail.
• You easily adapt to new routines and digital systems.
• You thrive in a job where the pace can change and where you sometimes need to make quick decisions.
• You are structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven.

Previous experience in ophthalmic care is an advantage but not a requirement – we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You should be empathetic, meticulous, and capable of handling varying tasks in a dynamic environment.
Employment Terms
Employment type: Temporary position at 75%, with the possibility of extension.
