Responsibilities
As a nursing assistant/care worker, you play a crucial role in supporting and helping our elderly. Your tasks include:
- Providing support and care to elderly with dementia, both physically and emotionally.
- Planning and implementing activities that stimulate memory and maintain social connections.
- Working closely with other staff.
- Documenting and following up on residents' health needs and changes.
- Contributing to the development of the operation.
You'll work in an environment where engagement and collaboration are the focus, where each employee contributes to meeting our residents' needs and wishes.
Qualifications
