The Role of Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant, and Support Staff with Us In this role, you will provide excellent care and social support based on the tenants' needs. Your work will also include social documentation, various health care tasks, and planning and executing daily activities to ensure a pleasant living environment for our tenants. We work qualitatively and purposefully with the BPSD registry and other methods that promote a person-centered approach, ensuring that care and support are provided safely and securely based on individual needs and preferences. We aim to offer security to those we serve, where collaboration is seen as a key factor in our organization. We believe that the role of the contact person is very important and expect a high level of responsibility in this area. In our facility, the Service Administration is responsible for cleaning the tenants' apartments, and our work clothes are sent for circulation washing. Your Profile As a person, you are accommodating and respectful in your interactions and attentive to your surroundings. You exude calmness, create security for our tenants, and it is a given for you to always prioritize the well-being of the care recipients. The schedule includes days, evenings, and every other weekend. The position is full-time or as agreed upon. Within the Department of Care & Support, all employees in home care and nursing homes work at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the option to reduce their working hours based on the needs of the organization.
