The Role of Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant, and Support Worker with Us
Work in home care largely consists of independent tasks and personal responsibility, but you will also collaborate with your colleagues, always focusing on the best interests of the care recipients. In your role, you will meet individuals with varying needs and work in their homes. Your duties will include practical assistance such as care, support during meals, and various activities, allowing you to work at a flexible pace. You will have the opportunity to perform health and medical care tasks according to instructions and delegation from a nurse, as well as document your work digitally.
You will be driving as part of your job, and your schedule will include day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend.

You love working with people, and you are a source of joy and energy for your care recipients and colleagues. You contribute to a sense of security by taking responsibility for your tasks and providing a reliable and professional approach. You enjoy working independently and can adapt to changing circumstances, always seeing opportunities in everyday life. Personal suitability will be given significant importance.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is at least 18 years old
- Holds a valid B driver's license
- Expresses themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work

Our Offer and Additional Information
We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon.
The position is full-time or as agreed. Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the option to reduce their working hours based on the needs of the organization.

As of July 1, 2023, the title of nursing assistant is a protected professional title.
