We start the day in our location at Mjölkuddsvägen 75, where we go through the day's assignments before heading out. You travel between home visits by car, bicycle, or on foot.
The position is full-time with start date to be agreed upon. For a secure start, you'll receive an individually tailored introduction. If you don't have healthcare education, we offer you the opportunity to study to become a nursing assistant during paid work hours. As a nursing assistant or care worker with us, you'll work according to a schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts. Job Description
As a care worker/nursing assistant in home care, you provide care and support to our clients in their own homes. You conduct visits both independently and together with colleagues, meeting several different clients during a workday. The number of visits per shift varies. Your tasks are both diverse and important. You work to enable our clients to live a dignified and independent life, despite potential disabilities or illnesses. Your work includes collaborating with other professionals to provide the best possible care and support, adapted to each client's needs and conditions.
Your tasks include, among others:
• Personal care
• Mobilization and movement
• Social support
• Medication management
• Documentation in client journals according to social services law
Qualifications
We are seeking someone with a genuine interest and commitment to supporting people with disabilities and/or illnesses.
Formal Requirements:
• Professional experience from work in healthcare and social services
• Good digital competence – comfortable with phone, apps, and computer, and quick to learn new digital systems and tools
• Approved grades in Swedish at minimum ninth-grade level
Personal Competence Requirements:
As a person, you are stable, collaborative, and relationship-oriented.
Meriting Factors:
• Nursing assistant education or ongoing nursing assistant training
• Professional experience specifically from home care work
• B driver's license
