About the Department Ward 355 is an internal medicine ward focusing on diabetes, endocrinology, and gastroenterology. The ward has 21 patient beds distributed across three modules with seven beds in each module. As a nursing assistant, you will work in a team responsible for one of these modules. Night shifts are handled by dedicated night teams. In the latest employee survey, the department received generally very positive results. Job Responsibilities With the patient at the center, you will meet the patient's general care needs. You are expected to collaborate with the patient, their family, and the healthcare team in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and safety. In addition to general care, you will work on tasks such as sample collection, documentation, and assistance during examinations. About You We are seeking a qualified nursing assistant. Several years of work experience and good references are advantageous. Previous hospital nursing assistant experience is also a plus. The ideal candidate has a holistic perspective that considers the patient's physical, mental, social, and cultural conditions within their specific context and environment.
