About the Department Department 355 is an internal medicine ward specializing in diabetes, endocrinology, and gastroenterology. The department has 21 care beds distributed across three modules with seven beds per module. As a nursing assistant, you will work in a team responsible for one such module. In the latest employee survey, the department received generally very good results. Job Responsibilities With the patient in focus, you will meet the patient's general care needs. You are expected to collaborate with the patient, their relatives, and the healthcare team in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and safety. In addition to general nursing care, you will also work with sample collection, documentation, and assistance during examinations. About You We are seeking a qualified nursing assistant. Previous work experience of a few years and good references are advantageous. Hospital nursing experience is also a plus. The ideal candidate has a holistic perspective that considers the patient's physical, psychological, social, and cultural conditions within their specific context and environment.
