We have a stable staffing structure, and our team includes medical secretaries, administrative staff, nursing assistants, nurses, doctors, district nurses, psychologists, CBT therapists (step 1), and care coordinators/rehabilitation coordinators. At our health center, we provide consultations with doctors and nurses, as well as specialized nursing consultations for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma/COPD. Responsibilities include independent work in the laboratory with sample collection and controls, assisting doctors with wound care and minor surgeries, as well as performing common examinations such as blood pressure measurements and EKG tests. You may also be involved in areas such as wound dressings, suture removal, and managing your own consultations. You will work both independently and as part of a team with other staff categories at the health center. Ordering supplies and preparing examination rooms are part of the daily tasks. We use the Asynja Visph journal system. About You You have documented training as a nursing assistant. You have prior experience working in a health center and with sample collection. Experience with wound care, suture removal, and blood pressure measurement is an advantage. In this role, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. The workload is variable and at times high, so it is essential that you have a good ability to prioritize your tasks and be flexible. Additional Information The position is a part-time employment, and work may be distributed between Närhälsan Solgärde Health Center and Närhälsan Kongahälla Health Center. This means you need a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title of nursing assistant in healthcare.
