We are currently seeking a nursing assistant for 80% employment at Vilhelms Gård in Knivsta. About Vilhelms Gård Vilhelms Gård is a care and nursing home in Knivsta, operated by Vardaga on behalf of Knivsta Municipality. It is centrally located at Disponentgatan 3, with good commuting options for those living elsewhere. The facility has three floors, two of which are specifically for individuals with dementia. There are a total of 50 residential places. The unit also includes the Day Activity Smultronstället for individuals with dementia living in regular housing. We are a dementia-certified facility, meaning that all staff members are trained in dementia care and communication through Vardaga's Dementia Academy. You will have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret their needs. At the same time, you will learn a great deal about care, aging, and how to interact with people. You are closest to the residents and therefore play a key role in the team alongside nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You will also participate in care planning and write social documentation. Your experience and knowledge We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but your CV is not the most important aspect. Additional Information Salary: We apply individual salary setting in elderly care. Employment rate: 80% or as agreed. Working hours include days/evenings and weekends.
