Our Operations
Since 2018, the hospital has had nursing assistant-staffed places at Hotel Von Kraemer, known as care-related hotel placements. When patients do not require inpatient hospital care but still need some assistance and support, the care-related hotel is an excellent alternative. We have 13 care-related hotel rooms that are staffed around the clock by a nursing assistant. Patients staying in these rooms are admitted for various treatments. This may involve both pre- and post-operative care, patients receiving radiation therapy, etc. We have close collaboration with various departments/clinics within the hospital.
Your Assignment
As a nursing assistant at the care-related hotel, you will support a maximum of 13 patients. Your responsibilities include assisting patients to and from the hospital for their treatments/appointments, providing nursing interventions such as wound dressings and catheter flushing, as well as preparing for surgery. You will also have some administrative tasks, such as receiving bookings and maintaining statistics on these.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a trained nursing assistant with several years of experience. Previous experience working in a specialized inpatient care department is advantageous. Personal suitability is of great importance.
Your Skills
You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You work service-oriented and have an interest and willingness to help others. Furthermore, you always put the patient at the center and see the overall picture surrounding them. You take responsibility for your tasks, work in a structured manner, and feel confident in your role, capable of working independently.
We Offer
Full-time temporary positions for the period 260601-260809. Working hours are scheduled in a rotating shift pattern, including days, evenings, and nights. With us, you will receive a tailored introduction based on your previous experience and needs.
