About this role
Make a difference. Every day.
The healthcare center Vårdcentralen Påarp-Mörarp is located just southeast of Helsingborg in Påarp - only a few minutes' walk from the train station and close to the entrances to the E6 and E4 highways. We are a small, family-oriented healthcare center with open doors, a high ceiling, and plenty of laughter. Here, we have around 20 employees from various professions working together to provide patients with the best possible care.
We operate in pleasant facilities centrally located in the village, with a school and residential neighborhoods as our closest neighbors. We have stability with 5,800 registered patients from the village and surrounding countryside. There is mutual respect between patients and staff, which is reflected in the good atmosphere in the waiting room. Staff members feel that patients have reasonable expectations and contribute to their own care. Here, employees feel involved and valued, and the small size of the healthcare center encourages collaboration and knowledge exchange among professional groups. Doctors working here particularly appreciate how other staff members contribute to the whole, fostering a good working environment and patient trust.
Our team consists of specialists in general medicine, resident doctors, interns, district nurses, registered nurses, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and a social worker. We have specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), hypertension, elderly care, and dementia. Additionally, we have an occupational therapist on-site one day a week and collaborate with another healthcare center for a dietitian one day a week. Our facilities also include a Child Health Center (BVC).
Welcome to us at Vårdcentralen Påarp-Mörarp!
