Since our inception in 2021, we have vaccinated over 500,000 individuals and are currently the sole contracted vaccination provider for large parts of Västra Götaland. In 2024, we have expanded our health-promoting efforts to include testing, health checks, and certifications – collaborating with companies across the country. At the same time, we are developing a unique concept for mobile preventive care through our rolling clinics, the MACC vehicle. In addition to health-promoting care, we also carry out assignments in protected environments and primary care as part of a comprehensive solution for modern healthcare.
**About the Position**
You will be responsible for and work clinically in our testing unit in Kalmar. We believe in supporting each other towards our common goal, so work in other locations may occur during vacancies and based on interest. The position involves not only clinical work in our testing units but also logistical and administrative tasks, ensuring that the right materials and equipment are available in our operations and reported to the responsible party.
Our operations primarily run Monday to Friday in the mornings, and working hours will be scheduled accordingly. Work in the afternoons/evenings and on weekends may occur. The employment form is flexible, on an hourly basis, and is suitable for those who wish to work sporadically alongside studies, as extra work, or for retirees. Start date is negotiable, and we are conducting ongoing selection during this recruitment.
**You will be responsible for:**
- Clinical work involving venipuncture and other relevant checks
- Logistics concerning materials and equipment
- Reporting of simple KPIs
- Customer interaction
**Your Qualifications:**
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, flexible, responsible, socially outgoing, and has excellent collaboration skills. You need to be very confident in your role and recognize the importance of a professional team that complements each other towards a common goal. You must share our core values regarding SAFE, ETHICAL, and SECURE care.
- Requirement for a protected professional title as a nursing assistant or equivalent certification
- Requirement for at least one year of clinical experience in venipuncture
- Experience in testing units is an advantage
- Comfortable with working independently
- Experience with the HLTHY journal system and the Giddir and Labbportalen referral systems is a plus.

We are located in spacious premises on Derbyvägen at Jägersro in Malmö, where a medical practice has been running for over 30 years.
