Here, we work closely together across departments and support each other where needed, providing you with a flexible role with the opportunity to be active in both areas. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant, you provide support and service to the elderly in their daily lives. Your work includes personal care, performing delegated tasks, as well as cleaning and laundry. We work person-centered, which means we focus on each individual's needs and wishes to contribute to increased participation and health. You play an important role in creating security for our clients and providing them with a meaningful everyday life. For some clients, you are the contact person responsible for establishing and following up on implementation plans and response plans. You ensure that guidelines and routines are followed and document continuously in our journal system VIVA. You belong to a department along with seven other colleagues, and when you have resource shifts, you also work in other departments as needed. QUALIFICATIONS You are a trained nursing assistant and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You need to be open to receiving medication delegation and have experience with documentation. We prefer that you have previously worked in elderly care and with individuals with dementia. It is also an advantage if you have training in dementia care. In this role, flexibility is important as you may work in different departments. We also see that you are confident in your role as a nursing assistant and can handle stressful situations. As a person, you are patient and have a positive attitude. You have good collaboration skills and can work both independently and together with colleagues.
