Team Söder/Åsa home care group operates from its location at Solbacka and covers a geographical area that includes, among others, the Södertorn and Åsa areas. We move around by bicycle or on foot.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a nursing assistant with us, you report directly to the unit manager. The work consists of implementing approved care and service measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health care measures according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). The staff in Team Söder/Åsa work in the clients' own homes based on the measures approved by the care administrator. You, together with other staff, are responsible for ensuring that clients receive good care, support, and service. You will perform medical tasks delegated by licensed personnel. You will participate in and contribute to activation and rehabilitation based on individual circumstances. You will also take part in business development, quality assurance, and professional development.
The value foundation of the Social Services Act is an important tool in our workgroup. Our starting point is always the individual and their well-being.
You will work weekends only.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, preferably with experience from similar operations. We would like you to have experience working in a politically governed organization.
You have a good ability to see the whole picture and each individual’s circumstances and needs. You are attentive, responsible, have good collaboration skills, and thrive in a fast-paced and joyful work environment. As a person, you are flexible, self-driven, have good self-awareness, and a professional demeanor. You possess analytical skills and maintain a positive attitude.
Documentation is an important part of our work, so you need to have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, as well as good computer skills.
Being able to cycle is a requirement. A B driver's license is an advantage.
