We are a team of nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, secretaries, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists who do an amazing job and are at the forefront of stroke care (Stroke Unit of the Year 2023). We are seeking a new nursing assistant to join our team.
We have 14 care beds where we primarily care for stroke patients, general medicine patients, and orthopedic rehabilitation patients.
We place great emphasis on teamwork and take good care of our new employees.
Your Responsibilities
You will work in a team with nurses and nursing assistants. Together, you will plan and structure the daily work and distribute tasks.
Your Competence
The ideal candidate is a trained nursing assistant who meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title, regardless of previous or current program structure.
Swedish language skills at C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
We prefer candidates with previous experience in inpatient care, but other experience may also be meritorious. We have high requirements for good collaborative abilities as we work in teams. You should be service-oriented and have empathetic skills with patients always at the center. You will receive four weeks of introduction with a supervisor, and some skills development is planned at your start.
We place great importance on personal qualities, but above all that you are flexible, self-driven, and proactive.
