Stensötan – a pleasant special housing facility with two departments and 18 apartments per department.
We work person-centered and with great commitment to the well-being of our residents. We value a good work environment, collaboration, and care – both for our residents and our employees. We are looking for a nursing assistant for a temporary position in our upcoming dementia unit. This position is being advertised due to parental leave.
Varied working hours according to a 4-week schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts. You will become part of a safe and supportive team where we help each other and learn from one another.

**Responsibilities**
To provide care and service centered around the needs of the user according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. The responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.
**Qualifications**
Completion of the care and nursing program or other education that provides nursing assistant qualifications, along with good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Personal suitability is highly valued. Delegation of medication.
**Meritorious:** Experience in dementia care and knowledge of person-centered working methods.
**Conditions**
Before an employment offer is made, a police record extract must be presented.
As of July 1, 2023, the title of nursing assistant is a protected professional title, and one must apply for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant.
You must have passing grades in Swedish.
Interviews will take place during the application period.
