Soläng 2 is seeking a new employee as one of our current staff members is retiring.
Soläng 2 has 10 residents with a somatic care focus and is centrally located in Forsheda. We provide residents with a pleasant environment and the opportunity to sit outside and take a walk when they wish. When you work with us, you will develop and work at other units when needed. The work team consists of 8 day staff and has close contact with a nurse who is present every day and Rehab services available when needed. Work is scheduled with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Work Tasks
To provide care and service centered on the resident's needs according to support decisions and implementation plans, with respect for the resident's integrity, participation, and self-determination. Work tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration, as well as delegated healthcare tasks.
Qualifications
Care and nursing program or other education providing nursing assistant competence and good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration abilities, flexibility, and independence. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Medication delegation.
Conditions
Before a job offer, a police record extract must be presented.
As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title, and you must apply for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title.
You must have approved grades in Swedish.
Interviews will be conducted during the application period.
Care Administration. We are responsible for our elderly, people with disabilities, and municipal home healthcare. The administration also works with rehabilitation and prevention to help our citizens live a good life throughout their lives.
