**Your Mission**
Your main responsibilities will involve caregiving, where you support the user in daily life by assisting with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, and social activities.
You will also perform health and medical care tasks as delegated.
In addition to the basic tasks, documentation and the establishment of implementation plans are also included. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, licensed staff, and the unit manager to ensure that the user receives their approved services.
Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends according to a rotating schedule. Since we have a close collaboration throughout Björkbacka, you are expected to be flexible and able to work throughout the facility, and, if necessary, also within the entire operational area and Welfare sector.
**Description of the Workplace**
Björkbacka care and nursing home is located in Ljusne and operates in accordance with the Social Services Act. The operation is based on the goal of "Providing support to help the customer manage independently, achieve quality of life, and security in life's events." Care work is always tailored to the individual user's conditions and needs, where a person-centered and rehabilitative approach is fundamental and described in the individual implementation plan. The municipality's values form the foundation that permeates all work at Björkbacka, creating security and quality in everyday life.
The facility is divided into two operations, Björkbacka 1 with 21 apartments and Björkbacka 2 with 18 apartments, and within the same building, there is also an LSS accommodation with 6 apartments. Two unit managers are responsible for the operations, and together we work to provide a safe and meaningful existence for everyone living with us.
**Your Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and preferably has experience in care and nursing work. If you have training or experience with dementia diseases, or knowledge of BPSD, it is an advantage. You need to have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, and be computer literate as several systems are used in the work.
As a person, you are secure, responsible, and have good self-awareness. You meet others with respect, are attentive and flexible, and have the ability to adapt your approach according to the individual's needs. We value creativity, solution-focused thinking, and the ability to contribute to engagement in both tasks and operations.
Since we work in teams, it is important that you find it easy to collaborate and understand the importance of good communication. You contribute to the whole by taking responsibility, supporting colleagues, and focusing on the best interests of the operation.
