Then you might be the person we are looking for—welcome to apply to Björkbacka 2! **Your Mission** Your main tasks will involve caregiving, where you support the user in daily life by assisting with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, and social activities. You will also perform health and medical tasks as delegated, and we place great importance on carrying these out with dedication and a professional demeanor. In addition to the basic tasks, documentation and the establishment and follow-up of implementation plans are included. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, licensed staff, and the unit manager to ensure that the user receives their approved services in a safe and quality manner. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts according to a rotating schedule. Since we work closely together throughout Björkbacka, you are expected to be flexible and able to work throughout the facility, and if needed, also within the operational area and the Welfare sector. Caregiving is based on the user's conditions and needs, where a person-centered and rehabilitative approach is fundamental and described in the individual implementation plan. The municipality's values form the platform for all work conducted at Björkbacka. Björkbacka Care and Support Home is divided into two facilities with two managers: Björkbacka 1, with 21 apartments, and Björkbacka 2, with 18 apartments. The building also includes an LSS residence with 6 apartments. **Your Qualifications** We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and preferably has experience in care and support work. It is advantageous if you have training in dementia diseases or have previously worked with individuals living with dementia, as well as knowledge and experience of BPSD. To succeed in this role, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You should also be computer literate, as several digital systems are used in daily work. As a person, you are secure, stable, and have good self-awareness. You have a responsive demeanor and the ability to adapt to situations.
